Once you have successfully completed each of the 4 weeks assessments you will receive the Black Belt Certificate. If you do not, you will schedule a one-on-one meeting with the instructor to review and clarify areas that are unclear before retaking that week's assessment. You are required to obtain a minimum of 80% each week. These questions help establish comprehension and practical application understanding of the material being taught for that week. There will be 5 scenario based questions each week of the course to total 20 questions overall. It consists of online reading, lectures, videos, workplace models, review, evaluation, and feedback.
